Submitting to the MUSE Design Awards is a streamlined process designed for professionals across all design disciplines.
Eligibility
The MUSE Design Awards accepts entries from professionals, studios, brands, organizations, and independent creators worldwide.
Entries must have been produced after January 1, 2022, within the five-year eligibility period.

Requirements
To ensure fair and professional evaluation, each submission should include:
• A written description (approximately 350 words) outlining concept, objectives, and execution • Supporting visuals such as images, videos, or links (File size under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable) • Relevant project details and credits
Levels of Recognition
The MUSE Design Awards honors excellence through a tiered recognition system:
Design of the Year - Highest distinction for outstanding achievement
Platinum Winner (85-100 points) - Notable achievement in design
Gold Winner (70-84 points) - High standard of creativity and execution
Silver Winner (50-69 points) - Notable achievement in design
Each level reflects the quality, impact, and innovation of the work submitted. The number of awards presented is determined by the number of submissions within each category, scoring ranges, and the occurrence of tie scores.
Evaluation and Judging Criteria
Each entry is evaluated through a blind judging process by an international panel of professionals. Judges score on a scale of 1–100 based on the following criteria:
- Concept & Originality Clarity of idea, strength of concept, and originality in approach.
- Design Execution Quality of design, craftsmanship, and effectiveness of implementation.
- Innovation Use of new ideas, technologies, or methods that advance design outcomes.
- Functionality & Impact Usability, performance, sustainability, and relevance within its context.
- Overall Impression The overall quality, coherence, and lasting impression of the work.

Deadlines & Fees
Entries may be submitted across multiple categories. The first category is charged at the standard entry fee, while additional categories are available at a reduced rate. A flat $30 administrative fee is applied per participant to support the management and processing of submissions, ensuring a consistent and efficient system.
