中南财经政法大学是教育部直属“双一流”重点高校，作为全国唯一财经、政法、管理深度融合的特色院校，长期深耕数字经济、金融科技、数字治理交叉领域人才培养。为搭建中外青年学术交流平台，信息工程学院特举办 2026年线上国际暑期学校，面向海内外高校学生与青年技术人才开设全英文前沿系列讲座。
本项目旨在为广大青年学者能够系统深入地了解大数据分析、人工智能与机器学习、区块链与隐私计算、智慧城市与数字治理以及金融科技底层架构等信息技术前沿领域的最新突破与本土化应用实践提供学习交流平台。项目融合学术讲座、案例研讨与实地调研，助力学员把握数字中国建设中的核心技术动能，同时结合我校经管法学科优势，强化信息技术在财经政法场景中的交叉创新思维，为未来的学术深造与产业实战奠定坚实基础。
Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) is a Double First-Class university directly under the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. It is a distinctive university uniquely integrating economics, law and management disciplines nationwide, and has long committed to interdisciplinary talent cultivation covering digital economy, fintech and digital governance.
To build an academic exchange platform for young scholars at home and abroad, the School of Information Engineering launches the 2026 Online International Summer School, featuring a series of cutting-edge lectures delivered entirely in English for university students and young technical professionals worldwide.
This program provides a platform for young researchers to systematically learn about latest breakthroughs and localized practical applications of frontier information technologies, including big data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, blockchain and privacy-preserving computing, smart city and digital governance, as well as underlying fintech infrastructure. Combined with academic lectures, case studies and field research sessions, the program helps participants grasp core technological drivers for the development of Digital China. Drawing on ZUEL’s strengths in economics, management and law, it cultivates interdisciplinary innovative thinking of information technology applied in financial, economic and legal scenarios, laying a solid foundation for participants’ further academic study and industrial practice in the future.

三、招生对象
本项目面向全球开放，不限专业背景，满足以下条件均可报名：
The program is open to applicants globally with no restriction on academic background. Candidates meeting the following requirements are eligible to apply:
（一） 国内外高校本科生、研究生；
Undergraduate and postgraduate students from universities worldwide;
（二） 具备基础英文听说读写能力，可适应全英文课堂教学；
Possess basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills to follow English-taught lectures;
（三） 能够保证全程线上出勤，按时完成每门课程结课报告。
Able to attend all online sessions on time and submit a course report for each lecture as required.

五、结业考核要求
（一） 出勤要求：全程准时参与全部线上课程；
Attendance Requirement : Attend all online lectures punctually throughout the program;
（二） 成果要求：所有专题讲座后均需独立提交对应课程学习报告；
Academic Output Requirement : Independently complete and submit a corresponding learning report after every thematic lecture;
（三） 证书发放：全部课程出勤达标、所有报告审核通过后，统一发放中南财经政法大学信息工程学院线上国际暑期学校结业证书。
Certificate Issuance : Only participants with full valid attendance and approved course reports will be awarded the official Completion Certificate of the 2026 Online International Summer School issued by the School of Information Engineering, ZUEL.
