复旦大学类脑智能科学与技术研究院(以下简称类脑研究院)成立于2015年6月,是国内高校最早成立的脑科学与类脑前沿交叉研究机构之一。旨在面向脑与类脑重大科技前沿和国家重大需求,依托复旦大学数学、统计学、信息科学、计算机科学、生命科学、基础医学等优势学科优势,凝聚国内外科研实力,组建交叉研究团队,开展认知神经科学、计算生物学、计算精神病学、人工智能算法、类脑智能技术与转化等前沿基础和应用研究,建成世界一流的脑与类脑前沿研究和科技创新机构。

宣讲人:朱山风
复旦大学类脑智能研究院研究员,博士生导师。UniProt 国际科学顾问委员会委员,牛津大学出版社Bioinformatics Advances 副主编,PLoS Computational Biology编委。先后主持五项国家自然科学基金项目,以及多个国内外企业研发项目。主要研究方向为人工智能与生物医学大数据挖掘,特别是生物医学文本挖掘、蛋白功能预测、宏基因组、智慧医疗等。相关论文以第一或通讯作者在生物信息、人工智能、数据挖掘等旗舰国际会议和期刊发表,如 NeurIPS, KDD, ISMB, RECOMB, IJCAI, ACL, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, Cell Systems, Bioinformatics, Nucleic Acids Research等。

How clinical research improves outcomes for patients
宣讲人:Craig Anderson
Craig Anderson is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences (elected in 2015). He has been serving as the head of the Brain Health program at The George Institute for Global Health since 2005, and as Professor of Neurology and Epidemiology in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of New South Wales since 2017. From 2024 to 2026, he was President-Elect of the World Stroke Organization. From 2026 to 2028,he will be President of the World Stroke Organization. Additionally, he is currently Editor-in-Chief of Cerebrovascular Diseases and Associated Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Stroke. Craig has been appointed as a Distinguished Professor and Director of the new Center for International Clinical Trial and Translational Medicine (CCTM) in the Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-inspired Intelligence (ISTBI) at Fudan University. Craig is a pioneering figure in the field of stroke, particularly around blood pressure management for the prevention and acute treatment. He is recognized internationally as an authority on the causes, treatments, and management of stroke and other aspects of cardiovascular diseases. For over two decades, he has been leading a unique research program that combines clinical medicine with public health, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across various countries, with a focus on middle- and low-income areas.

宣讲人:王鹤
王鹤,研究员、博导。现任复旦大学张江国际脑影像中心主任,复旦大学类脑智能研究院院长助理,复旦大学附属中山医院双聘教授,曾在美国Emory大学做博士后。也担任了中国体视学学会磁共振成像分会副主任委员、上海康复医学会脑功能检测与调控康复专业委员会副主任委员、中国康复医学会脑功能检测与调控康复专业委员会常委、上海市非线性科学学会副监事长等职务。近五年主持国家和省部级等科研项目10余项,总经费超过1000万,以通讯作者发表SCI论文60余篇,授权发明专利14项,转化4项,获上海市科技进步二等奖(排名第一)、江西省科技进步二等奖(排名第二)和上海中西医结合科技奖二等奖(排名第二)上海市浦东明珠领军人才等。

宣讲题目:绘制人类心智地图:从心理导航到脑启发智能
宣讲人:Deniz Vatansever/庄恺祥
Dr. Deniz Vatansever is a Research Professor and Principal Investigator at the Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence (ISTBI), Fudan University. He received his PhD in Clinical Neurosciences from the University of Cambridge within the Cognition and Consciousness Imaging Group, and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Psychology at the University of York, within the Semantics and Mind-Wandering Laboratory. He currently leads the Cognition and Brain Imaging Laboratory at ISTBI. His long-term goal is to elucidate the neural mechanisms underlying learning, memory, and decision-making, and to translate brain-inspired intelligence into next-generation adaptive systems. His lab adopts integrative, systems-level approaches across cognitive, clinical, and computational neuroscience, with research spanning mental navigation in spatial and conceptual domains, brain-based object and concept classification, value-based decision-making, aesthetic appreciation, and neural plasticity. In addition to securing competitive research grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Dr. Vatansever has published in leading journals, including Nature Communications, the Journal of Neuroscience, Human Brain Mapping, NeuroImage, and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

宣讲题目:昆虫智能与AI
宣讲人:宋卓异
复旦大学类脑智能科学与技术研究院青年研究员。宋博士有在控制科学和神经科学领域交叉学科的研究背景,于2011年获得英国谢菲尔德大学自控控制系博士学位,之后分别在UCL和谢菲尔德大学任博士后研究员,2019年初,加入复旦类脑研究院。长期致力于构建多尺度及大型计算机仿真模型研究神经编码问题,即神经系统将环境信息编码为神经信息,以便在大脑中产生智能。宋博士的模型帮助科学家解决昆虫视觉领域的若干难题,如1)果蝇光感受器如何自适应产生10个数量级大动态范围(普通相机只有4个数量级);2)果蝇视觉系统如何通过微跳视眼动机制实现高分辨感知。相关成果发表于Current Biology,eLife, Journal of Neuroscience,etc. 研究兴趣主要集中在多尺度类脑模型的构建与自适应神经编码研究,如视网膜仿真模型和昆虫复眼仿真模型在仿生视觉系统中的应用。
